- Preliminary evaluation: Doctors at Hospitals Overseas will study history, opinion of doctors of patient, all related records and make primary evaluation as to short list hospitals and doctors who can handle the medical issue.

- Consultation with surgeon: Hospitals Overseas will meet personally short listed doctors in given hospitals to take his/her opinion as to different options available for the treatment. Hospitals Overseas will also discuss best type of procedures suited for the particular patient and its advantages and disadvantages. Approximate cost of medical management will also be evaluated.

- Discussion with patient: The information gathered will be discussed with patient and he/she is offered options of hospital, doctor and type of procedure and cost involved.

- Contact with surgeon: Patient is encouraged to talk to the concerned doctor to clarify any query regarding the medial management.

- Plan of procedure: After all investigation, evaluation, assessment, discussion and full communication, date of procedure is tentatively planed. Plan for complete period from arrival to departure chalked out.

- Visa letter: Priority visa letter is provided for patient and one companion.
|
- Case manager: Dedicated case manager will be available from arrival to departure of patient for any assistance necessary. He/She will receive patient at airport and transfer to place of accommodation/ hospital

- Attendant: If patient is alone or if needs additional helping hand attendant can be arranged at cost.

- Meeting with doctor: Patient is clinically examined by concerned doctor to reevaluate patients for surgery and date confirmed after further investigation if necessary. It also reassures patient and doctor for working together for best results.
